We develop unique perspectives based on our personal experiences. Sometimes, our experiences can leave us feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and dysregulated. These emotions can impact our relationships with others and our relationships with ourselves. I encourage therapeutic growth by nurturing the inner child, making peace with the inner critic, and reconnecting clients with their authentic sense of self. I value the healing impact of our parts being seen, heard, validated, and accepted. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Person-Centered, Self-Compassion, Existential, Narrative, Strength-based, Attachment-based, and Polyvagal Theory.
I work with individuals, couples, parents, and youth. I have expertise in supporting clients who identify as neurodivergent (ADHD, autistic). I am trauma-informed and wholeheartedly understand the therapeutic impact of connection and support, especially when we feel our most vulnerable. I am here to hold space for you and support you on your healing journey.
I understand that our complicated relationships and systemic barriers shape the lenses we use to view the world. I use relational and culturally affirming frameworks to support clients’ intersectionalities. I advocate for diversity, inclusion, and authenticity. I embrace the empowerment of unmasking with clients from LGBTQ2S+ and neurodivergent communities.
